Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cash on Delivery Verification

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a confirmation call.

Orders will only be processed after successful verification.

Order Cancellation by Kasht Organics

Kasht Organics reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Failure to verify the order through confirmation call.

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Incomplete customer details.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Operational or logistical issues beyond our control.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is canceled by Kasht Organics, any eligible payment received will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
