Shipping Policy

At Kasht Organics, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and on time. We work with trusted courier partners to deliver our products across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful order confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require verification through a confirmation call before dispatch.
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

These delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment updates may be provided via SMS, phone call, email, or directly by our courier partner, where available.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. An order may be returned or canceled if:

  • The customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
  • The shipping address or contact information is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The customer refuses to accept the order after successful confirmation and dispatch.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order. Kasht Organics shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping Fee

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the refund is required due to an error made by Kasht Organics.

Delivery Coverage

Kasht Organics currently delivers throughout Pakistan where courier services are available. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote locations.
